institutional voting member (based on annual operating expenditure)

$0 - 10,000 $40.25 + GST ($2.01) = $42.26
$10,001 - 100,000 $70.50 + GST ($3.52) = $74.02
$100,001 - 500,000 $150 + GST ($7.50) = $157.50
$500,001 - 1,000,000 $250 + GST ($12.50) = $262.50
$1,000,001 + $390 + GST ($19.50) = $409.50
