Conservation

Conservation lead by Elaine Rohatensky, conservation & collections management consultant.

The members of this SIG are dedicated to the preservation of collections either as professional conservators or as museum staff who want to be involved in conservation discussions and developments. A major concern for this SIG is the growing risk to Saskatchewan collections due to decreased conservation resources available in the province. This SIG provides a support mechanism for those working in conservation and an opportunity for all staff to participate in developing and disseminating conservation resources.
