This year the town of Allan will celebrate their 100th Birthday!
Celebration events will take place June 4, 5 & 6, 2010.

 

The Allan Community Heritage Society & Museum hold community building events such as:

  • Educational-based scavenger hunts
  • 'What Are These Objects?' - exhibits, which change annually


A unique museum is created in Allan with new displays every year!

2010 is the 100th  Anniversary Year for Allan;
museum plans are focused around local families and businesses.

 

  • Allan's 100th Anniversary Exhibit includes memorabilia and  
       photographs of businesses in Allan's early years

  • Decorative teapots and cream & sugar bowls
  • wedding photographs 1900-1959 plus three gowns
  • Veterans memorabilia (including WWI & WWII uniforms) and photos
  • Law Enforcement uniform, photo display and memorabilia
  • Allan Potash Mine display
